A shady tiny back garden changed drastically once trees fell down. Color is what ensued.
Huge trees fell down and luckily didn’t hit the house, but now all this sun was baking the tiny back garden. Let’s make that wonderful. We built custom hog panel trellises that will support flowering vines and a large mixed apple espalier. Evergreen abelia, ceanothus, hebes and flowering groundcover will provide structure to a sea of bright hot spring through fall color. Moonbeam coreopsis, long blooming Rozanne geranium, helianthemums, crocosmia, yarrow and dahlias are a few of the flowers that will grow together to keep out weeds and provide brilliant views from the kitchen and living room.
